How do I schedule and appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by either calling or texting (1.561.222.9338), although text is better and will usually be responded to faster than voice mail.

 

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Yes, we offer in person as well as phone appoints (we are working toward adding Zoom as a feature). Our office is clean, comfortable, safe and has plenty of free parking.

 

What are your business hours?

We offer evening and Saturday appointments. The office does not offer a walk-in service; all appointments MUST be booked in advance.

 

Where is your office located?

Our office is located in Tequesta Florida in the executive Suites at Jupiter Cove (full address will be given at time of booking).

 

How long is a typical session?

This depends on what type of appointment you are scheduling.

-          If you are scheduling for a tarot or intuitive reading, usually 30 minutes will get you the answers you need.

-          If you are scheduling for an all-inclusive reading (psychic, tarot and intuitive) the suggested time is 30 minutes to one hour.

-          If you are scheduling for a psychic mediumship reading an hour is usually best (especially if you would like information about more than one person)

-          If you are scheduling for an emotional trauma healing session and this is your first time diving into this part of you life, I suggest 30-45 minutes for your first session (these sessions can be pretty intense, and a lot of clients can be exhausted by the end of that time), after that one hour to two hour sessions are advised.

 

What to expect during your appointment:

You will be welcomed into the office by the spiritual advisor you have scheduled with. After introductions your session will start. Sessions will usually be a combination of several styles of reading (tarot, empathic, intuitive, and healing).

 

Should I just sit down and wait for the reader to tell me about my life?

Some clients will come in and say, “I’m not going to say anything, just tell me about my life’. While this is certainly a fine approach and the ready will do just that, if you have a specific question or questions, just ask them. It is better to get to the reason for the visit right from the beginning than to wait until your session is over and what to ask a question then. Readers are going to give you all the information that the universe and spirit guides think are important, but if you have a question, just ask it.

 

Can I extend my appointment on the day of service?

Sometimes, but this is not advised. In order to protect the privacy of our clients and respect their time we do our best to keep appointments on time.

 

How do I pay for my session?

Payment is accepted after your session is complete. Payment can be made in the form of cash, Zelle, check or credit card (4% processing fee will be charged to all credit card transactions).

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. We understand that sometimes this isn’t possible and will extend that courtesy without penalty. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled more than two times will be required to pay for their sessions in advance without benefit of a refund if cancelled or rescheduled.
